Stacking Sleep

 

 

Stacking Sleep exists to unlock more health, wealth and happiness for humanity through better sleep. The current mega-trend of sleep debt is undeniable, where the average individual only sleep 6.8 hours per night (instead of the recommended 8 hours per night, based on completing 5 sleep cycles of roughly 90 minutes each, and totaling 7-8 hours). 

Our major presence is on YouTube (handle: @stackingsleep), where we provide educational content on sleep on Tuesdays, and share all the ins-and-outs on building the business on Fridays.

Additionally, on my personal blog I will occasionally publish Founder Notes that didn't make the cut for the YouTube-channel
